  2. Browse the Menu: Navigate through a clean and categorized layout.
  3. Customize the Order: Choose size, extras, and add special notes.
  4. Enter Name & Phone: Used for order tracking and updates.
  5. Pay via SnapScan: Quick and secure checkout using SnapScan.
  6. Whatsapp Receipt and notification is sent: Notification sent to collect your order.
  7. Collect Your Order: When status is "Ready", show your receipt and collect it from the counter.

👩‍🍳 Staff / Manager Workflow

  1. Login: Staff access the dashboard using secure credentials.
  2. View Live Orders: Orders appear with customer details and item breakdowns.
  3. Update Order Status: Change order stages: Received, Preparing, Ready.
  4. Customer Notifications: Optional WhatsApp/email alerts when ready.
  5. Daily Reporting: View sales totals, export reports, and item popularity.
  6. Admin Tools: Edit menu, manage staff, configure SnapScan and accounting sync.
